I have several Knotty Girlz halters and leads so am already very impressed with their product. The reason for this review is to comment on their customer service. I called right after their big sale. Their website said new orders could be a bit delayed. I needed a halter quickly as I had just purchased a horse and all my other halters were a bit small.
