Shipping & Returns


September 2021 - Standard shipping policy as shown below is subject to change.  Due to an unusually large volume of orders and production delays due to Covid, shipments per the chart below may be pushed out 2-5 days.  If you have a specific need, give us a call (509 924-3061).  We hope to get back to standard shipping as soon as possible.


Our products are custom made when we receive the order.  

We strive to ship all orders according to the guidelines below:

  • 1-4 items within 2-3 business days
  • 5-9 items within 3-4 business days
  • 10-19 items within 6-8 business days
  • 20-29 items within 10-12 business days
  • 30-49 items within 12-14 business days
  • 50-79 items within 18-20 business days
  • 80-99 items within 22-24 business days
  • 100plus items within 30-35 business days

Business days = 8:00 to 2:00 Monday-Friday not including Holidays.   NOTE: If you have a specific shipping need, just let us know by adding a comment to your order.  We are happy to work with you to meet your needs.

Please consider our shipment response time when calculating delivery expectations for overnight air or 2-day shipment orders. Call 509-924-3061 or add a comment to your order for urgent delivery needs that cannot be met with these standard shipping processes.


International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international orders may require a custom quote for shipping charges.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please email us at if you would like an international shipping quote.

Refund/Return Policy 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order.  Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a return.  If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for a credit.   Contact for a return authorization to include with your returned product.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization form.  Returned items qualify for a credit based on condition of the item and on complaint.  To receive credit for a return, the returned item must be in new salable condition and is subject to a re-stocking fee.
