Shipping & Returns

Note: All of our products are made to order.  

We strive to ship all orders according to the guidelines below:

  • 1-4 items within 2-3 business days
  • 5-9 items within 3-4 business days
  • 10-19 items within 6-8 business days
  • 20-29 items within 10-12 business days
  • 30-49 items within 12-14 business days
  • 50-79 items within 18-20 business days
  • 80-99 items within 22-24 business days
  • 100+ items within 30-35 business days
  • 150+ Contact KG for ship by date if needed by certain time

Hours of operation are 8:30 to 2:30 Monday-Friday not including Holidays. NOTE: If you have a specific shipping need, just let us know by adding a comment to your order. We are happy to work with you to meet your needs.

Please consider our shipment response time when calculating delivery expectations for orders. Call 509-924-3061 or email shipping@knottygirlz.com for urgent delivery needs that cannot be met with these standard shipping processes.

 

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international orders may require a custom quote for shipping charges. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, of which may not be able to be shipped to international destinations. Please email us at shipping@knottygirlz.com if you would like an international shipping quote.

 

Refund/Return Policy 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order. We do not currently offer exchanges. Contact shipping@knottygirlz.com for a return authorization to include with your returned product. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization form. Returned items qualify for a store credit based on condition of the item. To receive full credit for a return, the returned item must be in new, sellable condition. If returned item does not meet these requirements, customer may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Invalid Address Provided

If an item is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address being provided, customers will be refunded the merchandise cost, minus the shipping cost. We urge our customers to double check their own information before submitting orders.
