Soft 4 knot halter
I have several Knotty Girlz halters and leads so am already very impressed with their product. The reason for this review is to comment on their customer service. I called right after their big sale. Their website said new orders could be a bit delayed. I needed a halter quickly as I had just purchased a horse and all my other halters were a bit small. He was 5 and just recently gelded prior to importing. Megan helped me to find a halter in their depleted supply AND got it mailed out that day. I received it within a couple of days and was so helpful in handling my new boy. Thank-you KnottyGirlz for your outstanding customer service.
