Made with our soft ¼" premium yacht braid rope, this 4 knot style is slightly more assertive than the 2 knot while still remaining gentle. The additional knots provide extra points of contact, giving more defined cues for turning, stopping, and lateral guidance – helpful for horses learning to still give to pressure when going bitless.

Ring Placement Options
There are different benefits to where the sidepull rings are placed on the halter. Here's how each setup can help you decide what works best for your horse:

Noseband Rings
Gives direct pressure to the noseband and knots along the nose. This placement delivers clear, lateral cues—helpful for steering and establishing straightforward direction signals.

Chin Rings
Distribute pressure through both the chin and the nose, creating a more dispersed feel which may keep the horse more relaxed and responsive. This is also a good choice when working on headset.
