Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.
Our products are custom made when we receive the order.

Business days = Monday-Friday not including Holidays. We will notify you if your order will not ship within this time frame. NOTE: If you have a specific shipping need, just let us know by adding a comment to your order. We are happy to work with you to meet your needs.
Please consider our shipment response time when calculating delivery expectations for overnight air or 2-day shipment orders. Call 509 291-3024 or add a comment to your order for urgent delivery needs that cannot be met with these standard shipping processes.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international orders may require a custom quote for shipping charges. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an international shipping quote.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. Contact email@example.com for a return authorization form to include with your returned product. Items are entitled to a refund or return based on complaint. They must be in new salable condition and are subject to a re-stocking fee. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
